Mediocre product at higher price
They have a cool idea. I spent a little extra money because I wanted a nicer quality but ended up disappointed. It has a hard time holding my phone likely due to weight/size so beware. Also if it is the slightest bit windy don't expect a smooth transition. The app seemed really cool but in reality it doesn't have a ton of features and is not all that user friendly. Also some reviewers noted that some video effects in the app are choppy but are fine when transitioned out, however, I have only found that what is in the app is crossed over, so the lag transition remains. Additionally, it seems to have a hard time keeping connected to the Bluetooth signal and anytime it is lost it immediately shuts down and collapses with your phone in it which has caused my phone to fall a few times. It's not all bad, for the most part you can get the basics done with this guy and it does fold up to a nice size to fit in your pocket. Packaging is nice. It seems fairly durable and comes with a small thin cloth bag to carry it in if you want. In all okayish product but I feel like you can achieve the same effect with a cheaper product.

Awesome
Works great for selfie videos. The camera follows your movements without fail.

Works great with my iPhone 13 pro max.
All in all it’s a decent product for its price range.Face recognition works as expected. The only gripe i have is that it doesn’t the larger phones well. For my iPhone 13pro max with a case, it’s a little tough to get it in , but that’s not a very big deal in my opinion. Also battery life could be a bit better

Smooth movements Comes with nice App use the scan code for easy activation
Great item and smooth just people need to understand how to properly move and shot plan.. The beauty of tracker function is its like having a videographer with you so you dont miss your movements

Confusing to use if you’re new to tech gadgets
Battery life is not great. Kind of confusing to use until you get the hang of it and should come with a remote like the original but the AI integration is really cool

I can use the tracking without the Hohem native app.
My first phone gimbal to capture BTS footage. It's like my own AI cameraman! Happy with my purchase.

Powerful and lightweight
I didn't expect that this gimbal can have so many functions, which really surprised me. From the appearance, this gimbal has a foldable design, so it can be easily put in my pocket, and the handle is designed with skin-friendly skin patterns, which is comfortable to hold on and non-slip. In terms of function, the most prominent feature of the gimbal is the three-speed adjustable lighting design, which can fill light at any time, and supports live broadcasts on mainstream platforms, such as tiktok, youtube, amazon live, facebook, instagram, etc. In addition,There are gesture control, one-tap cinematic templates including Inception, Dolly Zoom and Time-plase, type-c emergency charging, AL hardware intelligent tracking, etc. The function is very rich.

Excellent Gimbal
This is a quality bit of kit . The box contains the gimbal, tripod, cable, small carrying bag, instructions and small card with the quick set up.There are a number of controls on the gimbal. The large front button will direct the gimbal up, down or to either side and the side button allows wide to telephoto. Nice and easy to follow. The other two smaller buttons have their own functions in that the right hand button again moves the gimbal into either portrait or landscape mode. The other, when pressed for a few seconds activates the camera on the phone. this allows either single shots as above or video mode with a touch of the button to record. The gimbal has an app that you download to your phone and pairs to it via Bluetooth .If you are familiar with the iSteady range then you will know about inception shooting and auto face tracking as well as other features that give you full control over video shooting and photo shooting aspects. You can control the resolution, the ISO, white balance etc, all via the Hohem pro app. However, what truly sets this apart from other gimbals is the fact that you can use a face tracking system on the stock photo app or use other third-party apps that you are familiar with. It’s VERY fun to play with and when filming with it, the motion of the phone is so smooth! This would be a joy for vloggers who like to film on the go, who like to show landscape and do tours and turn the camera and have a nice stable piece of footage to show for it. I can’t believe the difference it made to how clear and smooth my videos are. Probably be a great tool for budding youtubers and instagrammers. Probably be quite a boon to people who like to do urban exploration. The V2 is light and folds up neatly into your pocket, and if you need a tripod or an extension to the handle, one is included.Overall, this is a very good gimbal that will probably cover all the needs of amateur shoots through to early professionals that wanna shoot with a phone for convenience.

Amazing videos with this stabilizer!
This is by far the most accurate stabiliser I've used for my OnePlus 9 pro. I got great shots. It even recognised my face and the lighting of the stabilizer is bright as well. It moves really soft and takes great quality photos and it recognises the face really well because of its AI visual sensing; cool feature.Another cool feature I liked the is the gesture control. I used my hands to take shots and do live vlogs and recording, that went really smooth; only required few fingers for different functions 😂.It also supports type C charging for fast charging and that also went well and was very easy to use and on the go. The battery life I would say is good and not amazing just because it can ran out quite fast but still does last a good time but not to what I have expected.Overall, the built quality and the supporting features are really good on the stabilizer, only concern that I came across was the battery.

Great fun, but you have to get used using it
Great fun, but you have to get used using it.Bit unusual at first, as walking and direction using the joystick is not the easist thing to amster.Use the joystick and panning when standing still works best I found. The gimbal works best when walking along and you keeo the camera dfacing in the right direction with your hand direction.Changing height or manual turning around keeps the vamera is the right direction easily.Still photos tested with a iPhone using the app and bluetooth and then a Samsung in video mode with no app or bluetooth, the gimbal works for both methods quite good.Great little gimbal and very easy to setup, the instructions are quite good, despite some daft mis-translated phrases.

superb gimbal, easy to setup and compact to travel
This is an excellent gimbal. This is much better than the version in pure black with foam case and a longer handle which I had many issues with, not to mention incredibly confusing buttons.Design - Looks premium, really nice compact cloth drawstring case that secures very well considering drawstring. Brushed metal front panel feels premium, high quality buttons, good placement or telezoom and charging functions. Really easy to secure and lock gimbal when not it use to avoid damageValue - Superb. These things used to cost many many hundreds for basic stabilisation that only serious photographers/film-makers used to use these with their phones . It's amazing to see these are now more affordable.Functions - You really need the app to use the gimbal and it's features properly, otherwise the buttons will be largely redundant and just allow you to use as a shutter button.Using the app allows for functions from the gimbal handle such as zooming in and out, changing modes between video and photo and flipping the camera from rear to selfie. The app does appear a little cluttered before you get used to it but thankfully you don't need to go into the app interface to do much as long as you can remember the button combosButtons - There are plenty of combos to remember her, but they are thankfully much simpler to remember given there are only really 2 buttons on the device that you select between 1 and 4 times to change the mode. You often get instant feedback so you know what setting has been selected. Some advanced features need to be done within the app, but I recommend taking a photo of the manual in case you need a refresher whilst on the moveStablisation - The main reason you'd get on of these. Stablisation is super smooth. There is no juddering or any issues with tracking I've encounted. I've only use the default tracking and personally would never need to change this. There are some AI features that are supposed to help you track/lock onto a single object but this requires you to perform hand gestures to a camera built into the gimbal that are very common to gestures people would perform in everyday life (like a thumbs up) so can't see myself using this much. There is for instance already a button shortcut to switch between landscape and portrait and for object tracking you can set this in the app.Charging - Acts as a powerbank in case you need extra charge for your phone and the charging port is helpfully on the side the bottom of the phone faces. However downside is that for iPhone you'll need an adaptor or purchase a USB-C to lightining cable which costs around £18Lighting - Not common on gimbals, but there is a built in adjustable led light for perhaps blogging or product videos. Haven't figured out how to use this yet.Manual - Decent manual, one thing many of these miss out is that you need to tighten the hinge screw to the locked position for the gimbal to work properly, this is written in the manual and helpfully via an icon on the gimbal. In all, this gimbal is super compact so easy to bring to events and use if you do not require a selfie stick (given phones now have wide-angle this makes up adequately) or are focused on video. It also works as a stable platform for taking photos so will definitely bring this along on holidays. Stabilises extremely well, feels premium and has a strong battery that should last a whole day out if the 9 hours are to be believed (assuming it's not on 100% of the time). Or easily charged up via a powerbank given the two way charging. Just need to remember to use the right charge OUTPUT port to avoid the power bank draining the gimbal :)
