I'm 6 feet tall and 93 kilos, yet on the lowest setting which is number 2 that was OK to use on that setting and also number 4 setting. However, from that point onwards you have to be Superman or someone with superhuman strength in order to take advantage of the higher numbers on the dial, which goes up to 20. Update! I did not mention the fact that this piece of equipment has excellent build quality, for this reason I have increase the star ratings by two stars.

It arrived on time and was very well packaged, my first workout was unpacking it.Very well made, should last a long time even with frequent use.I had a minor issue and a couple of questions for the suppliers, they responded extremely quickly, all resolved within a couple of days - impressive.My only criticism would be the instructions for use (yes I know it's pretty self evident), but, the 'manual' (lol), is a small scrap of paper, hence the reason for 4 star rating. As a beginner it would be nice to know which exercise should be used for specific muscle groups.Would I purchase from them again? Yes!

No bad does the trick, works well setting are of good strength at the higher levels. Worth the cost.

there is too small a difference between the first setting and the rest. the 2nd setting is very hard to squeeze together. It also states that you can use it to push and pull inorder to exercise. YOU CANNOT PUSH ANYTHING. WOULDN'T BUY AGAIN

Found it really good, some people had problems. My first workout on chest I had it up to level 12. There needs to be a few diagrams for absolute beginners so they know what they are doing. Start off low and gradually increase it , at your own pace.Very sturdy and easy to use unlikely to break if used correctly. Definitely worth the money

It works great. Easy to adjust the strength and works all parts of the upper body. Would definitely recommend it to others.

If the product wasn't leaking, I would I have said it is okay (a good home exercise option), but I generally think that if something malfunctions not long after you get it, then it's generally best to stay clear.
