The only fault of this pc is that keyboard does not match its description.

This laptop is really bad having only 8 gb ddr4 ran so the laptop doesn't run that well, also the fans are obnoxiously loud and if you turn them down you can barely play games, I would definitely not recommend and you should definitely get something better than a 3050 for almost £700. And just bear in mind, if you buy this product and having lots of issues with it, like I have now, the seller doesn't reply at any claims, doesn't do refund and I bought this laptop in November 2023, doesn't have even a year. Avoid at all cost.

Sono sincero all'inizio ero un poco scettico sul fatto che questo computer poteva essere buono però mi devo ricredere , funziona benissimo e riesco quasi a giocare a tutti i giochi senza nessun problema , lo consiglio a tutti! Anche per il fatto del caricabatterie ero un pò pauroso che non si potesse caricare bene però alla fine basta fargli fare 2 scatti ed il computer si ricarica in me che non si dica , l'unica pecca potrebbe essere la durata della batteria!

I've been using this laptop now since Oct. 2021, nearly 4 years later. I haven't had a single issue with anything whatsoever and I couldn't be happier with it. This was the most I've ever spent on a laptop, and from converting from building my pc's to buying a "gaming" laptop, I was very skeptical but on paper, the hardware checked all the boxes. This has been the best computer investment I ever spent. Thanks Acer.

I had to return first unit I've bought because it didn't want to start at all Replacement was sent quite fast. This one I have already 2 years. Working great. The issues - it's impossible to buy replacement charger- once I forgot to pack and it was impossible to buy anywhere. The battery could last longer...

Comprado con Xiyi Electrónica (impuesto aduanero incluido) el 9 de diciembre y entregado el 23 de diciembre ya no pague ningun impuesto al llegar llego 1 dia antes de lo esperado, la caja por fuera poco dañada pero dentro viene su respectiva caja y bien empaquetado, lo único malo luego luego se quedan tus huellas marcadas ya lo demas al 100 se upgradeo a 16 de ram y 1 tb ssd m2 muy facil y rápido sin problemas

Loved everything in the Ad. Imagine my dismay upon opening the badly damaged 'Amazon' outer carton to find that inside that the computer was in it's manufacturers carton and was much smaller than the outer carton. No form of impact protection or even some packing to ensure the smaller package would not be thrown around during transport to Australia from the USA (apparently). The outer carton arrived in such a poor state the delivery driver had trouble holding the casing together when handing same to me. All this I would have been able to stomach (after all, it does seem to be the new 'normal' for deliveries from Amazon), were it not for the fact I cannot plug the computer into mains power. This is because the plug supplied is of some bizarre configuration that bears no no resemblance to Australian A/C power outlets. This, despite the fact it was purchased from Australia with an Australian delivery address. So my question is, how do I charge this computer? Hopefully someone out there can supply an answer that does not involve any further expense on my part!
