Awesome replacement for the typical clasps that comes with pins.
I have many pins on my leather vest and I have lost several due to clasps coming off. With these, they are all secure and after a year now, I have not lost a single pin.Great idea.

2+ years and still working
2 year update.Itās actually going on 3 years since my original review. My wife has collected a lot of pins on her bag and non of the pin locks have failed. She did recently have one pin break off but I suspect thatās due to the pins being made of cheap metal. We have yet to strip out any of them when tightening with the allen wrench. Iām pretty sure someone mentioned this as an issue but we have yet to experience this. I usually tighten them down about as hard as I can without issue. Would still highly recommend. My wifeās pins kept falling off her bag. Not anymore! Not sure what people have to complain about. Very simple device. It might be possible to overtighten the set screw and possibly strip out the treads but it actually doesnāt require a great deal of torque to secure to pin. They donāt stick out any further than most pin backs. Highly recommend.

Securely locks on!
I had to adjust the screw farther out than I thought, but once I did, the pin slipped right in, and I was able to tighten it up and lock it down. I have several fairly heavy pins attched to a lanyard I wear daily, and had a couple of pins drop off after losing their pinch pin backs. With these locking backs, my heavy pins are secure, and not going anywhere!

Easy to drop, easy to lose, already misding two.
Package torn open before placed in shipper envelope and two pin backs were missing. I know these are cheap but was still missing a full count. The backs are very small so it is very difficult to use them when applying a pin to a garment (like a name badge) and adding the locking back. A few of the backs also had incomplete holes so difficult to get pin centered in the locking back.
