Diamond MMA - Compression Shorts with Built-in Jock Strap Supporter with Athletic Cup Pocket for Sports Black Small

Just got these compression shorts and they are awesome! The Diamond shorts & cup combination feels great. The compression keeps the cup close the body and minimizes extra movement, which is key when you are doing MMA sports and jiu jitsu. I definitely feel armored up and protected! I experimented with multiple different cups for BJJ and none seemed to work due to me being really short (5'6) and the cup either being too big for me to close my thighs properly or the boxer briefs were too long and looked ridiculous. I resorted to just wearing a soft cup with compression shorts over top just to keep my dong off of people and it was working fine. I received a gift card that would cover the cost of this boxer brief/cup combo so I figured this would be my last attempt at getting a cup and if it doesn't work I'll just go without. These hold the cup in place perfectly, to the point I truly didn't realize it was there. The youth cup also doesn't bulge out ridiculouly like the adult one does. The legs are not long, but even if you wanted them a big higher you can adjust them to where you want and the elastic is strong enough that they will stay in place. I'm now going to buy a second pair of these knowing that they are the solution to my problem. Yes they're expensive, but if you wash your gear immediately after use you should really only need one pair. Highly recommended.

At 5’9 and 140 I expected the small to fit more snugly in the legs

My son plays lacrosse and has tried 4 different compression shorts to hold his cup and none of them worked well. I was watching a video on these on you tube and they were saying how nothing moves with them and they hold the cup in place no matter what. I got him a pair and he loves them!!!!. They hold the cup in place no matter if your standing, running, sliding, rolling on the ground or talking a big hit. 4 Other kids on his team now have them and love them, Im sure these will be his go to for baseball this year.

I have been using diamond mma cup and jock for about 2 years now for BJJ. Excellent system. The cup is fairly unobtrusive (compared to other systems) and the shorts are incredibly comfortable. Entering ashi garami is no longer a issue as my testicles don’t have to worry about being smashed. Everything stays protected and the cup stays in place. Only problem is I feel exposed if I roll without it. Have used a couple times in like sparring for striking but haven’t taken a direct hit yet. Glancing blows and knees from bjj are painless though.
