Ninna Nanna Bassinet in Stone with Espresso Base by Monte Design

I got this bassinet and loved it. I felt like it was a little larger than most other bassinets so we used it for a longer period of time. It also doesn't have the appearance of an 80's wedding dress, lol. If the baby stirs at night it rocks him/her back to sleep. The only downside is that it comes with only 2 sheets and you can't buy more that fit this kind of bassinet but on the rare occasion I ran out, I wrapped a receiving blanket around the mattress part and it was fine. I highly recommend it. Its so elegant and useful!

Definitely will be gifting this to a family member in the future.

I have looked at so many different bassinets and they all looked too plain and didn't fit the furniture in my bedroom. This one nailed it!!! Since the bassinet is not for the baby's room and it needed to match our bedroom furniture, this worked so perfect for us. Not only does it look good, it also feels good and our baby loves it. She's now 10 weeks old and been sleeping in it since day 3. It's nice one to have next to your bed so when the baby wakes up you can rock them back to sleep the first couple weeks. Once they start moving around a lot, the bassinet rocks when they move, so it helps to rock themselves back to sleep.

i'm surprised there are no other reviews yet for this bassinet! what i love about it is that my baby is sleeping well so far, it has a cozy look and also a modern feel that goes well with our other bedroom furniture. i have it placed right next to our bed so i can rock him to sleep if he stirs a little at night. we are getting so much use out of this. the only downside is it's too large to travel with so we also have the graco pasadena bassinet/play yard to use as a travel bassinet for short trips.

Looks sharp so it gets 2 stars, but wood was cheap and already splintering a bit when it was delivered. Additionally, one of the screw fittings in the frame was damaged and wouldn't thread. Feels like something from Ikea. Called the company and they were very defensive and recommended taking pictures and they would determine if it was there fault or not. 400 dollars for a bassinet, one would expect a little better quality and customer service.

Using it now w our 2nd baby! Love it! Comfy, safe, great quality... portable when traveling (nit the wooden part) Worth every penny
