This product works well and has a vast feature set. My unit was plugged into a very high quality UPS/Surge protector but stopped working after a major rain storm. Per the manual. the only fix is a new base unit, which is not cheap. This device sat in a back office environment that was full of other equipment. However, only this Xblue unit failed after the rain storm.
