Easy to use
I purchased this as my previous device did not work on my new laptop. Not being very computer literate I needed something simple. This was it, plug and play… even I can down load photos from my camera to my iPad. Well worth the money.

Seems quite straightforward using this card reader, by putting it on your phone, downloading your photos from your phone onto it and then using the USB part to put into your computer,

Works on newer iPhones not so on the older
Works on iPhone 8 and 13 pro, however did not work on iPhone 6 which I also have. So mixed views on this, surprised others using older iPhones e.g. iPhone 5 had no issues

Just what I wanted
Wanted to read some cards from old phones and cameras and it was perfect for what I was after

Didn’t work, weak design
Bought this as a replacement for a similar product. This one didn’t work at all, despite the instructions they gave (admittedly I didn’t reformat the sd card because I had important photos on there but the actual device should have shown up despite this. It didn’t), which was disappointing enough.But the design of the product felt flimsy. Similar product have a spring mechanism for the SD card holder to ensure that it’s obvious that your card is properly in place. With this you stick it in and it feels somewhat loose. Very disappointed.
