Lovely Product Excellent Customer Service
This was a Christmas present for my 7 year old granddaughter. When it was opened there were no mosaics, only the templates. I contacted the seller via Amazon and had a response within hours. This was followed by a replacement and something to make up for the disappointment within 2 days.I cannot praise them enough for their service and would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.The product (when complete) is excellent but we know this as they are one of my granddaughter’s favourites.
