The laptop needs a new battery and charger as the charger provided is too weak of a watt to charge it well and doesn’t even actually fit in the laptop, the B button doesnt go down all the way and theres some dirt I noticed on or in the laptop. The only thing that was good about this laptop is that it works and got it under retail price but for the price point and the “refurbished” description I expected more you can find these cheaper on ebay where u just have to replace the battery which is like $30

I would’ve given this laptop 5/5 if it wasn’t for the super heating issue. The design is great but the ventilation and cooling do not work so great. The bottom part of the laptop must be perfectly placed on a flat surface because it is not stiff enough, so it bends enough to stop or decrease the fan speed to the point you can fry an egg on the laptop. It literally goes beyond 100 F if this happens.If you use this product perfectly, you will end up getting probably 90% of its power. It heats up when you run any CAD, Photo editing software.This is not a design laptop, it’s more a college 2-1 laptop for note taking.Fingerprint will stop working every now and then because of windows updates, so I am also worried about updating to Windows 11.
