It is nice heavyweight paper that you could call cardstock. I don't still have a label so I can't tell you what weight it is. I have seen products labeled cardstock that were heavier than this, however.

Q: Is this paper too thick for making envelopes?

I think it would be ok to make envelopes, is not too thick

Q: How do you adhere these/ Are they all stickers or do I need to buy a special scrapbook glue?

This kit includes is a sheet of stickers and 12 sheets of double-sided paper. If you want to cut them up and adhere them to something else, you'll need an adhesive.
