The title says 18" x 24", but the product dimensions says 13 x 4 x 5. So how big is it, and why do you give conflicting information?

hi thanks for your interest in our bags. The bags measure 18" wide by 24" tall. The dimensions of the box in which it is packaged is 13x4x5. We hope you enjoy our bags!

Would a child’s folding sleeping mat for nap at his day care fit in this bag?

im not sure but i have a bigger size with a handle it will fit in this [ 15 count ] Jumbo Zip and Lock Storage Bags with Carry Handles - Extra Large 24x24" - ASIN: B07W6XDB1L

How much weight can these hold?

3/24/21 I can put at least 25 pounds in one. They can hold more than I can carry. I really like these bags over Ziplock because they are made with all clear/see through plastic. I hope this helps!
