I HV previously used Xiaomi neckband based on which I'm reviewing Mivi.1) Good design : Has better grip, doesn't fall off for small movement. Big buttons are @LHS, will get used it fast2) Clear sound, obviously better than from China. Music plays smooth & calling on this is a delight. Ive almost lost faith in neckband after using MI, lags disturbing noise. But man, this Indian brand is so clear that I can hear my beath when not playing anything3) Its affordable-not cheap like .., you know because it doesn't have to pay extra tax which foreign brands have to pay.Videshi brand addicts may find slightly better products, but not in this price range to show off. But anyway why buy those & then blame Indian currency's weak performance against Dollar? Your action only matters

For the price it does its job. Its nothing great, nor it is very poor. The battery life is great. Sound output is balanced nothing amazing, if you are into bass then this is not for you. The build quality could have been better. My first impression on the build quality is very average. Being from a brand, the build quality should have been better, the wire material is not upto the mark it feels like it may break very easily. And the plastic on the control panel is average. But the earpiece is built of metal that is good. So overall its a normal product, nothing great. If you just want a bluetooth earphone for day to day task it is good. But for heavy users who want great performance, they will be disappointed in terms of bass and build quality. Personally I bought it just because it is made in India. And I am satisfied with it because it fulfills my requirements.Edit: After 7 months of normal usage the left earphone stopped working. My neckband is within the warranty period of 1 year. On 15/02/2022 I raised a replacement request as per MiVi's guidelines via thei support email id wherein I sent my invoice details and product image. I got a response to my warranty claim email on 24/02/2022. In the response I was asked to follow some troubleshooting steps to check if the product is working but it did not work hence on 02/03/2022 they confirmed me that my product would be picked up and on 04/03/2022 they shared an AWB number of the courier company which will pickup the product. Till date no one from the courier company came to pickup the product and I am still waiting for my product to get replaced/repaired. There has been no repsonse from MiVi's side till now. Let me tell you when you call MiVi customer helpline there is no one actually handling your issues, only interactive voice is there to guide you with some standard response which is of no use to me. It has been more than 20 days I am stuck in this endless loop of MiVi's pathetic customer service. I would request everyone of you who is reading this review to avoid MiVi. It may seem lucrative option while buying because of the pricing of products when compared to other brands but it comes at the cost of no customer support once u need it. I myself was satisfied with the product and gave good rating and review after using the earphones, but now I regret purchasing it because of no warranty support inspite of them claiming 1 year warranty and my product being within the warranty.Reducing the rating to 1 because it is the minimum rating available here. They deserve a big zero rating.

Problem started after 2 months of usage only, the On/Off button malfunctioned. I had to press really hard to get it ON and OFF.After a while, the bluetooth malfunctioned, everytime i had to reconmect the device manually and then the bluetooth started getting disconnected and reconmected by itself.A month ago, the earphone started getting disconnected and switching off by itself. Then whenever it said "power on" it never connected itself with the phone, i had to switch if off and on again and again to make it work.Finally it stopped working all together suddenly. It is dead permanently.All happened in six months of time.

It's not good one buds sound is off after one month used. Waste of money

Doesn't like the sound quality at all...was bound to keep the product as there was no return option available

I'm Using This mivi collar flash Neckband Headphone For the Last Couple of Days. It Has a New and Eye-catching Design. Besides It Feels Really Nice in Hand and It's Durable, Thanks to Its Excellent Build Quality. It's Pretty Lightweight and Flexible and You Won't Feel You're Using a Neckband. The Earbuds Fit Snugly in Ears and They're Magnetic. There's Some Extra Pair of Eartips in The Box to Choose From. It's Very Comfortable Even For Longer Times of Usage. Battery Life is Nice too. It Offers Upto 6 Hours of Music Playback.It Also Has Quick Pairing and Low Latency Streaming. The Mic Quality is Excellent. On The Right Side There's Three Buttons to Control All The Operations of The Headphone. The Sound is of Very Nice Quality. The Bass is Superb in It. Overall It's a Great in Ear Wireless Bluetooth Neckband. Worth Every Penny.

I'm editing it.It's been just a little over 4 months. The right earplug has stopped working, I contacted mivi for warranty but no positive answer about it's claiming. So not very good experience with mivi. Now I won't recommend it because of the built.********************#######**********************Previous experienceIt's a complete review from me.It's satisfy every description that is given about itPros1 Deep and Powerful Bass (very clear sound I wasn't expecting from a wireless one)2 Fast Charging. (around 40 min fully charged with 10w charger)3 Battery do last all say on full charge4 There is no latency at all, loud for any normal condition.5 Built is good.Cons1 I'm getting that sometimes it disconnects from PC even when the battery is remaining (might be because of lower version of Bluetooth) otherwise my device with 5.0 version never faced it.2 During call or online meeting voice coming is lower than wired earphones.
