Wow! Almost 60% lower price when compared to the Le Crueset, and much much better. I did everything I have learned, brought it up to heat, added fat, lowered temp, then added the eggs. The whole of the pan was the same high heat!!! The eggs never stuck!!! VERY happy with my WMF decision and will look to return the Le Crueset as I feel that that one doesn’t evenly distribute heat. WMF, German quality assured 😊

Fried chicken Comes out beautifully!

Padella di 28 cm in acciaio inox della WMF. Il marchio non ha bisogno di presentazioni, produce padelle di alta gamma e relativa qualità tutta Made in Germany. Non è una cinesata che dopo 12 mesi deve essere cestinata. Prodotto che dura una vita, si comprano e si tramandano di generazione. Nonostante la utilizzi intensamente rimane sempre bella. La qualità dei materiali è importante in cucina e qui si va sul sicuro. Il peso è di 1587 gr circa ma nonostante ciò è maneggevole. Ha un bel fondo alto per distribuire bene il calore. Basta un filo di olio e il cibo non si attacca come se fosse una antiaderente. Adatta a tutti i piani di cottura. Unica pecca è il prezzo ma se uno non ha fretta e guarda le promo su Amazon, come ho fatto io, ci sta che qualcosina in meno la si paghi. Comunque mia madre diceva "chi più spende meno spende".
