Works good. Big one needs space . Small one has very less space. But they are good to use without touching with hand

The product is extremely useful in particular for me that I cook a lot and always have trouble taking the lid of a trash can. Extremely hygienic and it also has a mode in which it will remain open in case one needs it (when continuously throwing away stuff). After almost one year the lid presented some small issues and they just sent me a replacement for the lid right away when contacting Ninestars support. Awesome company and great product. Also I would recommend to use rechargeable AA batteries and use adapters for them, it works flawlessly and its much cheaper.

Product is great but the customer service is terrible, I thrived on amazons great customer service right up till this transaction they price adjust 3 times with in a hour then told me to pay the higher price and thet would adjust when I received only to say sorry 2 agents gave you that info . Send them back buy them at the lower price they are again listed for , also promised call back in 72 hours that never happened. I have always found Amazon's customer service the best and purchased 90% of my online shopping from them because of this , but the hours of time on the phone and the end result of them basically denying the issue has left me with never wanting to buy anything from them again . This trillion dollar company thrived to look after their customers but I guess they are far enough ahead now that they don't need to worry anymore. Any one who has been with Amazon amd purchase alot of items will definitely understand where I am coming from , I am sure me never buying from Amazon will not concern them or hurt them , and I hope this is a educational review for future customers be very aware that Amazon's customer service is declining , only upside is they will ship things all over the country un nessacarily . So if this is the definition of good customer service then I guess no one will have problems, but if you look for true customer service where a company actually values you has a customer then I guess you should look further cause these days have gone since Amazon has built there company to a huge empire. I looked forward to shopping on Amazon now I just look forward to canceling my account .

Really happy with those bins and a great deal !They are both good especially the little bin. I don't recommand the huge bin for small kitchens (smell issue as some point and also will open any time you pass it) but still great product and material of quality.

I've had mine for almost two years and the bigger ones cover just stopped opening. Honestly I think it's because my partner tried to wash it and didn't realize it wasn't water proof lol. It stopped working a few months after they tried washing it. Trying to find a replacement lip, but little luck with that. Worth the money, little one is still going strong.

Motion sensor technology, where have you been all my life! These work perfectly, batteries last a long time before needed to be replaced, easy to put bags into... and you wave a hand and they open at your command, then close slowly and tightly after the right amount of time. You feel rich!
