No installation kit and defective product
I received the product without any installation kit and the product was defective too as it has holes for installation in wrong position. Even if I could buy the installation kit/screws from outside I can't install it as it doesn't have holes in proper place for installation

Very difficult installation.
An average person can never install it by themselves. Electricans dont want to help. It took me two days of manual labour to put it to work and always make sure your walls are strong enough to withstand this equipment. My walls started cracking while installing itself.
