Extremely Unstable and Poor Quality Back with Serious Durability Issues
I recently purchased a back that featured a design where the back was separate from the wheels, and my experience with it has been nothing short of disappointing. It promised convenience and style but delivered nothing but frustration and inconvenience. One of the most significant issues I encountered with this back is its severe lack of stability when pulled behind you. The moment I tried to pull it, it became evident that the design flaw of having the back separate from the wheels created a significant imbalance. It constantly veered off-course, making it a struggle to maintain control, especially on uneven terrain. Even the slightest turn or encounter with a small rock on the street caused the back to flip over, which was not only a major inconvenience but also potentially hazardous. What's even more concerning is the abysmal build quality of this product. After just one week of use, the back began to show signs of wear and tear that made it look a decade old. The materials used were clearly of low quality, and the lack of durability is inexcusable for a product that is supposed to withstand the rigors of daily use. The wear and tear not only affected the aesthetics but also compromised the functionality of the back.To make matters worse, the zipper on this back broke within a very short period of use. This not only rendered the back practically useless but also made it impossible to secure my belongings properly. The zipper's failure was a clear indication of the overall poor craftsmanship and lack of attention to detail in the manufacturing process. In summary, I would strongly advise against purchasing a back with a design where the back is separate from the wheels. This product is not only highly unstable and difficult to control when pulled behind you, but it also suffers from severe durability issues, with the back looking worn and aged after just a week of use. Additionally, the broken zipper further exemplifies the subpar quality of this product. Save your money and invest in a more reliable and well-constructed alternative.

Good quality bag & wheels…but
When I bought the backpack for my daughter I looked it over. I thought perfect now she can stop carrying her heavy backpack (took the school a few months to issue lockers). Bag itself is sturdy looks like good quality. The rolling rack is separate but cloth slides over handle for backpack to sit on seat in between the wheels. Over the course of two weeks I started to notice her struggling with taking it down and up stairs. The climbing wheels are also sturdy… only if the bag is heavy it tips over, it doesn’t turn well either so if she goes down or up stairs or turns the bag not a slow bag it slides around and needs to be repositioned to pull it.It has a strong chemical odor in the material, even after a month. So now it’s in the closet. Purchased a bag with wheels attached - no smell and doesn’t tip over.

Water bottle pockets very thin, worn through
We bought this in July for the start of the school year in August. My son uses the side pockets to hold his water bottle, which is the intended use of those pockets, and they’re both already worn through to where there are holes from his water bottle sitting in the pockets. Kind of disappointing since it’s only the beginning of October.

Bag is detached from cart!!!
The quality of the backpack is high level. It feels as one of those $75+ laptop backpack. The best part is that the cart is really a separate item. (Although this has is negative aspect that I will explain further on). You have to hide the straps behind this fabric wall which is the same wall in which you insert the cart handle through. Then the backpack seats on this sturdy flat base and never touches the floor. It's a very intelligent design. One thing that can be improved is the size of the wheels of the cart. They could be one bit larger to facilitate going down stairs. The actual wheels do great going up the stairs, but not so much down and there is no efficient way to carry it down stairs other than to pick it up and since it is detached from the cart it becomes an issue. I take the elevator rather than to carry it down the stairs.

Great!!
Durable! Holds tons. My wild child drags and throws it down the slide...and it's still going strong! So yeah, I got a 3-wheeler. Great value; lightweight.
