Q: Has anyone had trouble with the tassels and a robot vacuum?

I don’t Have a robot vacuum but my regular vacuum always gets stuck. You have to be very careful.

Q: How long does it take to ship out? I put in order a week ago and it still hasn’t been shipped.

I think about a week or so but don’t forget things take longer now with the covid 19.

Q: How do you get rid of the horrible odor?

I could not. So I returned it. The odor permeated 2 full floors of my home.
