I was VERY excited to discover that these tubs of menthol vapour rub came with a free notebook!!!! I love nothing more than notebooks and this was a wonderful surprise! Great value as they are a good size. I use mine if I ever have a cough (rub on my chest) or congestion/stuffy nose -- put some in a bowl of hot water and inhale the vapour ... or if I have a headache, it is great on my temples and forehead. Fab stuff to have in the house. I would DEFINITELY buy this again from here. VERY pleased -- thank you!!!!

Very good ointment. I had a cough and stabbing in the lung area. It should be gently massaged into the skin in the chest area - front and back. After 3 days everything went away.Thank you.

So disappointed with this product. The scent is barely there and I can honestly say I don’t get any benefit. I ordered this when I was unwell and should have read the reviews. Waste of money in my opinion
