Always wanted it when I needed it….finally ordered it!

I know I will be using parchment paper or aluminum foil to protect the pans so they last longer and stay cleaner.

I like to bake, and I am the chief dishwasher, so lasting quality is what I look for. It's hard to beat something so durable that it goes through the dishwasher and comes out looking shiny and new, in my experience, for many years!! The new non stick pans have their place with lots of tender care, but eventually, that finish chips or scrapes, plus the main fact that they also need to be washed by hand forever.I have had my stainless pots and bakeware for almost fifty years and they still look great. I like to give gifts that are useful and lasting!

I like to use stainless steel oven trays instead of aluminum. Was happy to find them. They perfectly fit in my small oven.
