Q: Can you clean the outside of the case or is it cloth?

The outside of my case is cloth you can not clean it.

Q: How do you recommend cleaning the microfiber cloth that comes with it?

Wash with NO fabric softener (I use washing machine) and air dry. If you wash by hand be sure to rinse out all detergent.

Q: Can you deliver usps. i'm sending to a prison.

Most of our deliveries are via USPS , I believe you can choose the delivery method once the item in the cart I hope this helps :)
