Size, weight and durability
I've been using mine over a year for biking, hiking and snowboarding. It's light and durable enough to hold the basic survival stuff I need. The size and weight of this bag is where it shines. In this photo I have 2 bottles of water, my tools, fleece jacket and food so I'm really only carrying the weight of the stuff in it. This helps a great deal with balance when hitting the slopes. Great bag!

A handy pack.
This is a handy pack for traveling and short hiking. Yes, it is small but it is useful. However, after several use, coating inside surface started peeling off, it looks ugly.I wonder if its warranty takes care of this.****UPDATE****I contacted the seller regarding this issue and got a replacement within a week.Great customer service!

Nice size for plane personal item
I bought this to take as a personal item on a plane, and then to use hiking once at my destination. It's a nice size for carrying on a plane. If you don't over-stuff it, it fits nicely under the seat in front of you. The only problem I had was when I was in the middle seat on Icelandair. There was something under all the middle seats that made the stowing space smaller, so it MOSTLY fit but kind of stuck into my foot space. It was great for hiking, also -- the straps were padded enough to be comfortable, and it was light enough that it didn't feel like it was dragging me down. I carried a water bottle, protein bars, a portable charger, etc, and I sometimes forgot it was on my back. It did rain the whole time I was hiking, and the pack is not waterproof (but I didn't expect it to be), so I put my electronics in Ziploc bags inside. On my return trip, I emptied the backpack out and folded it up in my suitcase. I didn't look at how I was SUPPOSED to fold it, so I winged it, and it wasn't pretty, but it still folded up nice and small.Overall, it worked out really well.

Can't Believe this is so Cheap!!
This this is BADASS. Never did I expect something in this price range to be as handy and helpful as it was. When I went to India for a wedding this was my day-pack, survival kit, security system and souvenir collector. This thing holds way more than you would ever imagine. When you head out for the day you can know that you wont be mad about bringing this! I haven't had any quality issues or anything! I have put this through the ringer on multiple trips and camping adventures. Even fully loaded down with water bottles and gear it was comfy and didn't make my back sweaty, I attached a photo of a typical daily load-out while I was in India! Go-Pro accessory case and all!

Decent
I've had this backpack for about 8 months now. I waited this long to write a review 'cause I wanted to see if the bag would actually hold up. It's a bit too small for taking all my school stuff to the library when I want to study, but it gets the job done for going to and from class most days. In the main compartment I can fit a 3 subject notebook, 13 inch Macbook Air (with a case since the bag isn't padded), 2 regular sized reading books, and textbook. Although I can fit all these items in my bag at once I prefer not to, because after a while the straps hurt my shoulders since they aren't padded. If I have class on the opposite end of campus I carry my notebook or textbook in my hand and carry the rest in the bag. I also use the backpack as a weekend bag occasionally and can fit a pair of leggings, short sleeve tshirt, long sleeve tshirt, undergarments, and small makeup bag. The seams on the bag haven't stretched out nor has the bag ripped anywhere which has pleasantly surprised me since the material is so thin. I gave the backpack a four out of five stars, because after only a month of use one of the mesh pockets on the side ripped and the elastic is stretched out even though I had only ever put a regular sized water bottle in it. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase and would recommend if you want an inexpensive and lightweight backpack that packs up nicely.

Brought this to Ireland for study abroad
Bought this for my study abroad trip to Ireland. I used it as my carry on for the plane rides (which by the way fits beautifully under the seat even when packed to its fullest) and I used it for some of my overnight trips to other parts of Ireland when I wasn’t at my base city in limerick (e.g. we traveled to Dublin, cork, etc. for 3-4 nights each but always came back to our original accommodations in limerick). At times I had this backpack packed to the point where not even a pencil could be added to it and none of the seams ever burst as it held up great. I was able to pack 3 days worth of clothes, extra shoes, my laptop and charger, and makeup and shampoo/body wash. This would also be a good hiking bag or regular overnight bag. Everyone else in my group was amazed at how “lightly” I packed when in actuality I had as many items as they did, just less bags!

Perfect!
Took this packable backpack on our recent trip to Kauai. It came with me on hikes, to the beach, shopping. It was lightweght and very confortable to carry even when it was filled. I was able to pack in it a couple of snacks, a couple of suncreen tubes, and a HUGE beach towel, and water bottles on the sides. The photo I'm attaching is when this backpack went to Polihale beach with me. It's a perfect travel companion, and has taken a good beating so far. :-)
