The cinch protectors did such a great job! It’s exactly what I’m looking for to protect my girlfriend, the back of the buckle digging into her. Wonderful price point for such a high-quality product.I highly doubt they will ever wear out, but if they do, I will replace them with the exact same thing.Highly recommend

I'm not sure why some of the review pictures show real fleece. The ones I received were imitation fleece and cheap plastic leather with very little pressure distribution from the buckle. Next to worthless, honestly.

These buckle covers are made of a nice heavy leather and fleece back. I am so glad I bought these as the mohair cinch I purchased laid on my horses side and this prevented any pinching/rubbing and also gave cushion to the metal buckles. I fed the leather strings through my mohair cinch below the buckle to prevent them from twisting and so far they are snug and stay in place. Great product! Photos are after the first ride with them, 17 miles.

Great ends for rope cinches if your horse is sensitive to the metal buckles.

While I don’t expect these to come off easily at least they will stay put. It took lots of elbow grease to get these put on properly. They are not easy to clean either, but hopefully will be comfortable for the horses.
