Great Pain relief with a learning curve
I was initially skeptical paying this much for a piece of plastic. Full disclosure, I bought this on a huge sale for 34 dollars, so I didn't pay the full price. But looking back, I would. That said, this this is great. It has a learning curve to use, look out for one of their videos on YouTube for basic instruction.I have a terrible back. L5-s1 herniations and degenerative disc. I don't think this is a permanent fix, but it does bring plenty of relief. When I'm having a rough day with flare ups of pain, I lay on this thing in different positions for about 10 minutes or so total with some mixed movement and deep breaths. I honestly don't know why I don't use it more oftenIt takes some practice to hit the sweet spot and honestly can be painful, but after you get it, you'll feel nice relief. It feels like your spine is realigning in real time.I usually start at the lower and raise it up gradually. After a session, laying flat on your back feels amazing and full of relief. If you use it higher, you'll also get some shoulder and neck relief.I'm also a large man, pretty fat, it's durable enough to hold me. I'm used to high density foam rollers, chirp wheels, studded wheels, etc. so if you've never used any of those, it might be very painful to try at first. I think this is another great pain relief tool.

Excellent!yes, it
Yes, it' hard ( wear a sweater). Yes, it's just a piece of plastic. But the release of the paraspinals is incredible. The dragon fins are close to each other at one end, in order to get between the scapulas. After just one day, I breathe better, I have a better posture. I use it also vertically, against the back of the chair. Just lile with a foam roller, you have to slide, twist, move your arms. I own spiked balls, theracanes and various other devices, but this one is an excellent concept. Maybe, having just one size is not such a good idea. I feel the arch could have been wider, with some extra smaller fins. But, they could not have sold this to everyone. I did not buy the Pso rite, from the series, insted I chose the Trival, whereyou can adjust the distance.

Absolutely life-changing
10 minutes a day will;1.) Fix your posture2.) Fix your creaky lower/mid back3.) Even your shoulders4.) Fix your neck painAnd that's what I've been able to discover after 2 days using it. It's also saving me hundreds of $s inremedial massages. Would give this 6 stars out of 5 if I could.

You Need This!
I had (HAD) a tight spot in the middle of my back. A lot of mobility stretches helped, but this device RESOLVED in 5 mins. I plan to use this and the other pso-rite tools (also have the neck and original pso tool) daily before I hit the gym. I think I can replace my massage therapist. I can get my back now!!Update - today I used it while sitting on my couch, working from home. Gosh, this device is really good!!
