Q: What size o-rings does this use? My cartridge is still good, but the larger o-ring is shot.

I am not sure about the O ring size. But as unsolicited advice, I would just buy the assembly as a whole and not worry about matching an O ring. From the cost stand point I could not justify buying O rings as to buying the assembly. An O ring pack would probably run $5 and versus $7 for the replacement unit.

Q: What size screw fits this. I feel like mine is to short? Would love to replace faucet handles but not sure what would fit this stem.

Thank you for inquiring about a Danco product. This handle screw is our #53, model #35654B. Your 4S-2H hot stem fits Milwaukee faucet sink and lavatory models K6380, 81 K6240, 41 and Universal Rundle 86381-2, 86240-2. It has an ID length 4 with a broach S.

Q: How do you remove the seat from inside of the pipe?

If it's in one piece I will use pliers. If it's broken in half inside the pipe I will use a flat screwdriver
