So disappointed in these mugs. I originally had a 5 star review of these but now they are unusable in that the “air bubble” pretty much “popped” and now there’s a hole in the bottom of one of my mugs. This means that water has gotten in between the double wall and it’s now useless. I am always very delicate when washing these because this glass is very thin. I’ve always taken great care of these but after 2 weeks they’re done. Disappointment!

I had just finished a cup of tea and then poured cold milk in the same cup. I filled the cup too full resulting in a spill! The change in temperature caused a vacuum in the inside walls of the cup causing milk to be sucked through a tiny hole in the bottom of the cup. The cup obviously was not sealed properly in production.These cups are too danderously fragile for homes with children.

After just a month (return period) one of the mugs started to collect a large amount of water during the dishwasher cycle through the little hole on the bottom for regulating the pressure. At first I thought that maybe the water went in because I put it in an angle or something but no. It happens every time now and it’s really hard to get it out. Other than that they were my favorite coffee mugs before that happened.

I love these, they're extremely delicate and break super easily, so be careful. But they're beautiful glassware and if you're careful they're lovely glasses to hold, very comfortable handle and design. They're super big, so they'll hold a lot of coffee or tea.

The one thing I was looking for in a coffee mug is something that was lightweight, fit my hand well, and kept coffee hot. I was very pleased when I tried this mug out. I HATE lukewarm coffee, and every ceramic mug I own sucks the heat out of the coffee from the minute I pour it. But this double layer glass did not. It is extremely lightweight, which is both a pro and a con. I’m worried that it might break easily, but love that my old, weak wrist can hold it up so easily. I highly recommend these mugs to anyone.

This is hands down my new favorite mug. I love how it really insulates my hot drinks and prevent sweating for cold drinks. Adds so much flare to my morning routine 😌🥰

They looked so cute and the size was perfect, but the quality was awful. Although it says machine wash but they are not, the water and steam goes in between walls and hard to get out. My second one, I did not put in machine and always hand washed. Still water went in between after couple months and one night when I was washing it, I almost cut my fingers as there was a big hole. Do not waste your money and look for original well brand doubled wall insulated cups.

Like: it is able to keep temperature a lot longer comparing to non thermal isolating cups.Dislike: Other than needling utmost care when handling (thin bottom), for unknown cause, water can get into the isolated space in between inner and outer layer of the cup. This makes the cup looks unfavorably dirty. There is no way to empty it out!!
