time & money WASTED
would give zero stars if possible! After multiple attempts, Google searches, YouTube videos, Sony troubleshooting, etc. this controller would not sync... absolute waste of fricking money. Of course, this was not discovered until Amazon's generous return window closed. Should have gone to Best Buy from the start, would have at least received more help/support/troubleshooting than "the return window for this item is closed". Lesson learned. DON'T PURCHASE!!
