Q: Will this charger work with modified sine wave generators?

I am not an electrical engineer or an equipment salesperson. I do not know. It is a good product that has functioned well for me.

Q: What is the power consumption at max?

I wouldn't know how to answer that question or of what value such information would be to anyone but an electrical engineer. I can only use this device when plugged into shore power. I use it to charge boat's batteries. That takes about five hours, give or take one depending on their level of charge.

Q: Will this charge a 200Mh deep cycle battery bank?

I think you are talking about a 200 Amp Hour deep cycle battery that would probably be a 4D, and yes it will charge a 200 ah battery,,actually it will charge three batteries at the same time. I use this charger on my boat to charge two 4D deep cycle and one 4D starting battery. I recently upgraded to a 40 amp system by adding a second 20 amp Xantrex and utilizing the parallel option. I did this to reduce charge time when on the generator. You may want to consider the larger charger if you are charging multiple 200 AH battery's. This is a great charger my system has been problem free for over 5 years.
