Perfect transmission fluid for My Nissan Maxima 2018 CVTI’ve used Castrol Transmax ATF/CVT Universal Automatic Transmission Fluid on my 2018 Nissan Maxima, and it’s been excellent. After the change, the CVT felt smoother, with seamless acceleration and no hesitation. The driving experience became noticeably quieter and more consistent.If you have a Nissan CVT that needs frequent servicing, this fluid fits the bill. The is rated NS3 for my 2020 Infiniti QX60 CVT. The Nissan stuff is ridiculously expensive in comparison. After the drain, refill and filters change, the car shifts just fine. At 38,500 (mostly freeway) miles on the car, the old fluid was quite clean and there was very little residue on the three magnets. I probably could have gone to 60,000 miles without issue, but I'd rather baby his thing since I plan on keeping it for 10 or more years total. EDIT 09/05/26: The CVT is performing perfectly 5,000 miles after the transmission flush and refill with this fluid. Will continue using this fluid for future refills.

Perfect my Honda 2021 Crv touring did the filter as well, I got 2 jugs and glad I did, as internet was way off on amount needed. Still no issues after a year later

I just started using this on my new / used Mitsubishi Mirage with the Jatco CVT7 transmission. The stuff just works. I was apprehensive being a universal type product spec'd for traditional ATF transactions as well as CVTs. I did a complete service including pan and magnets, pick up strainer, cooler filter and aftesj Castrol Transmax ATF/CVT fluid.Smooth acceleration and power transfer!So far as I can tell, this stuff is the real deal.Castrol has always been a top brand in my opinion (I also recommend Castrol GTX motor oil) and the Transmax ATF CVT fluid seems to be on point!
