a quality product a trusted brand name what more could you ask for brilliant and it comes complete with not just the sence & spray holder no you get 3 relaxing zen sprays nice lovely aroma {one already in the unit plus 2 spare/back-ups remove tab under battery and your good to go also included is 2 aa batteries } good to know if you wonder what type do i get to replace -and it can be wall mounted small recess hole at back of unit or simply set on table, unit, or shelf -incredible value {refills are 18ml when out shopping }

Easy product to set up and use but the included zen refills isn't in my opinion very nice . That much so I had to order different ones . Vanilla and jasmine quite pleasent . Spray is efficient and economical . Battery supplied seems to be lasting so far .

Works great, set up over the cats basket. Shes not used to it yet, but she smells better.

Lovely odour

Opened the box… unscrewed the back to activate… and the mechanism (all the plastic fell out) After trying which seemed like forever trying to put it back together finally got it to work!! Just didn’t need the hassle!!
