Q: Is there a battery to replace when the suction indicator "light" turns from green to red? I see no way to change a battery.

There is no actual "light" so no batteries needed. There is a red/green spot there. It turns red when the suction isn't at 100%, green when it is. Purchased these for my Mother's tub and she said the worked very well, very secure. Hope this helps.
