Does it help you lose weight?
I can't answer that. My daughter said it helped,. I'm over 60 and started adding it to a glass of water three times a day. Have I noticed a difference? Not really. I have grown accustomed to the taste though. Can I honestly recommend it to others? Sure, why not?

Does the Job
My digestion has improved since I started taking this, and the health benefits appear to be working. I take 2 tablespoons in cool (not ice cold) water (about 3 inches of water) in the morning on an empty stomach. Can be a little rough going down for some, but I can handle it fine. Highly recommended.
