This item took over one month to arrive. Estimated shipping was two weeks and would have made my timeline. The seller, 1 Stop Camera & Appliances, shipped via the slowest method available and completely missed the timeline. In addition, the product arrived either damaged or incorrectly assembled from the factory, it's hard to tell which. The right arm is separated from the frame and if one looks under the skin, one can see that the staples meant to hold it together either did not grip or came loose. If one overlooks the defect, the color is nice and the design is handsome. The bed is actually very comfortable.

I was nervous to buy furniture on Amazon, but I'm so glad we did! We are so pleased with this faux-leather sofa sleeper. It is the perfect size for our cabin loft, and ideal as an extra bed for guests. Very comfortable for sitting, and the memory foam mattress is very nice for sleeping. Easy to clean and maintain.

Have had the couch for three years. Very comfortable as a couch, many people have commented on this. Just recently had to sleep on the pullout and was pleasantly surprised on the comfort. Mattress is softer and thicker than expected. Little noise when repositioning. Very pleased with this piece of furniture.

I have gotten so many compliments on this love seat... and the bed is so comfortable! Never had a hida-bed that was this comfortable before. The packaging for shipping wasn't very good, but luckily nothing was damaged. Keep in mind that they do not deliver in the house unless the love seat, with the packaging on, will fit through your door. I had to take off the packaging outside and then get it in the door (on end) before the feet when on as I only have a 32" wide front door. It did fit. Also, I would not take off the supports for the hida-bed until you have it level, in place, on the floor as I think it would probably break or bend it. Once in place it is really great.

We love it. Got it quicker and cheaper by going thru Amazon.

You get what you paid for. The product arrived damaged, cracked frame. Even if it was not damaged, the quality is poor. Particle board frame, stapled leather-look material to frame Some staples popping out.

Great for that extra place to sleep in the office.

Had to add a memory foam topper to existing mattress to make it more comfortable. Cushions are very firm. But it looks nice and does the job I purchased it for. Not bad.
