CAUTION THIS IS A HEAVY LITTLE BUGGER. BE CAREFUL WITH GLASS TOP STOVE.Glass tops are NO GOOD for normal flat bottom carbon steel woks.They do not reach the proper heat except on the bottom.This HEAVY hunk of cast iron solves the problem.I takes a bit to get it hot however the entire surface gets hot with the hottest in the center bottom and plenty enough heat to cook up the sides. THIS IS A HOT WOK AND YOU HAVE TO KEEP YOUR FOOD MOVING.IT IS SMALL but if you are looking for Wok Hei this is the way to go.I seasoned it, even though it is supposed to be seasoned, with bacon fat, ginger and a bunch of scallions after it took a 400 degree sauna coated with avocado oil.There is no place on this little devil that doesn't get hot so BE CAREFUL the handles will be hot enough to burn through a towel if you aren't careful.Good points, are the way it produces good WOK heat and the true WOK FLAVOR.Not so good, caution using it and size is very small.HenryNY
