It's a decent mattress
It's a decent mattress. It loses a star though as there are no handles on the sides. It's heavy, so turning it is far more difficult than it need be.

No more backaches
Slightly firmer than I expected but very comfortable. No more waking up with a backache. The pillow top makes it a bit thicker and heavier than a standard mattress.

4 months on and the springs are coming through the mattress!!!
4 months and the springs are coming through the mattress - very uncomfortable and very poor quality would not recommend and will be reporting to consumer watchdog .

Big and Heavy
Damn this thing is heavy. you'll definitely want 2 people to manoeuvrer into place and when you rotate it. Just for over a month and my sleep has improved. Sleep mostly on my side and its very comfortable

Poor delivery service
Delivery was today 28/4 and beforehand given a 2 hour delivery slot. Half an hour before delivery got a call to say mattress would be with me in 30 mins which it was. So far so good but then when the mattress turned up the 2 delivery men said they only deliver to the door and not upstairs to the bedroom. This is so bad, mattresses are big, awkward and heavy. They could have got it upstairs in 5 mins, as it was it took me much longer and significant difficulty. This is really poor as the mattress seems good although not yet tried out!

very big..heavy..no handles.
Very good. The only thing wrong..??? No handles to rotate extremely heavy mattress. Not everyone is fit n healthy. apart from that its ok..if yu got muscles.
