Orthopedic Gel Arch Support Insoles -Flat Feet Support Gel Pads Silicone Shoe Inserts

These are great! I'm supposed to wear inserts all the time for my foot problems. My feet are small and not all inserts will fit in the shoe I want to wear. These have been a great substitute.

Not useful at all. My physical therapist looked at it and had him wear it but it did not serve the purpose of providing an effective arch support. Sorry..,

Does not stay stuck to shoe over first few minutes of wear. Also not much support, very little difference.

Installation adhesive was not very good. Units moved as soon as boots were put on.

I have severely flat feet and these allow me to wear shoes my orthotics would not like sandals. Sometimes I need to use two together. I am able to switch them to othershoes. Love them

Got these for some rubber wellington boots for work, that are men's and were way too wide and flat for me. These insoles, although they don't really stick in place permanently, really helped and I find them very comfortable. It was nice that they didn't stick too hard, since I had to move them around quite a bit when putting them in the boots, but now I have to keep the boots upright or they'll fall out of position. Overall, very pleased with this purchase. Exactly what I was looking for.

There’s really nothing I liked about these because they absolutely didn’t help at all. You can barely feel them on, don’t waste your money.

Totally helped my foot issues. I have no pain now. I highly recommend. I place them directly onto my bare foot!
