WHEN I pump and pump nothing comes out. I just returned the previous gel but this one is doing same pumped several times & no gel comes out. I can send a video.

I was very pleased with it! It is a clear like gel, that isn’t too thick that it cakes over the lashes, but also not so thin that it can get into the clients eyes. It applied easily and took minimal effort to remove the lashes after only letting it sit 10-15 seconds. My clients told me it did not burn their eyes which was one of my biggest concerns as most other removers I have used caused a lot of burning and eye irritation. It carried no smell as well. It is very user friendly in my opinion, so I believe it would work well for beginners as well as high end professionals.

Pretty good. Clusters are so hard to remove! Let these sit for about 20 min and if come off easier. Should take less time with regular lashes.

I bought this to take off my own individual lashes between full sets. I mean, it did take off some lashes but definitely took longer than it said it would. And yes if it gets in your eye it does burn so try to be careful. But you probably have to do each eye twice to her everything off. I just didn’t want to risk getting it in my eye so I used tweezers and the banana method and just took off the rest.

The media could not be loaded.  I do my own lash extensions at home and this was great at taking off professional lash glue from my lash extensions! Clear, Gel like consistency, removes within the minute. Need to work the product through the lashes. Stings a little but what lash glue remover doesnt really? Good so far, definitely recommend!

First of all it took forever for the pump to work. Then the product was trash! Left it on the clients eye for 10 minutes and nothing! Applied extra and left it on for 20 minutes and 3 lashes came off! 30 minutes and 3 lashes, such a waste of money! Would hadn’t have given any stars if I could!!!!!

I don’t know if my bottle is empty or the pump doesn’t work, but nothing will come out no matter how many times I pump it.
