I’ve purchased this Liquid I.V. Hydration Multiplier four times now, and it never disappoints! It really delivers the hydration you need, especially after workouts or on busy days when I’m not drinking enough water. The taste is great, and it dissolves easily without any chalky texture. This is the best thing I can find for hydration. I always use the day before getting an IV. It helps to keep me hydrated which makes it easier for the nurse to put in the IV

It works!
This supplement is hard to beat. I've taken it before bed after a night of dehydrating activities, and it helps me wake up in the morning without feeling compromised. When I forget to take the supplement, it's noticeable. Thank you Liquid IV for making a great product!
