It does its job. Keeps the water warm. I only worry about the part that you twist on and off to put the water in; I feel it will break soon. When I push down the button for the water to come out, it doesn’t always go down, I have to do it a couple of times.

Wrong color
The thermos is fine for my needs, but they sent me the wrong color. I will keep it, as it is too much hassle to return, but I chose the color I wanted for a reason. Seems like they could manage to get it right.
