easier than chiropractic visits
My husband uses this for rehab. and it has been perfect. He tried one of the styrofoamrollers - too hard and ridged, the soft roller was too flexible, this one is just right. Thetiny nubs help stabilize when working out on carpeting. The covering is easy to cleanand this product is professional quality. Well worth the money

I would want a SUPER SOFT Density
If this is what MEDIUM Density is,,,,, I would want a SUPER SOFT Density..... it was HARD AS A ROCK! Hence the reason I put forth $39 more dollar to get a MEDIUM Density Roller......

This foam roller amazing! I bought it for my mom as a gift and she absolutely loves it. She's used the one at the gym and wanted one of her own. However, the high density was a little too hard for her fragile back so that's why I looked for medium density foam roller. This one is just perfect.
