Piercing pin missing from package.
We have used this product for years with great results. But, twice now, the piercing pin has not been inside the packaging upon opening. Ready to use it, but can find no alternative method to open the ball for use.

Treats 30,000 gallons - manufacturer has a typo in the instructions.
We were concerned that the instructions said it only treats 15,000 gallons, but this is a misprint by the manufacturer. This 4+ 14.2 oz. treats the 30,000 gallons. We have used this in the past and it makes the pool easier to open.

Missing instructions and piercing tool
The item came in with no instructions or piercing tool. Thank goodness for Amazons return policy. Returned the item and ordered another. Hopefully this one is complete.
