Bind Me (Capture Me Book 2)

Anna Zaire’s has picked up a the pace a bit in the second book of her “Capture Me” series. This installment was much more to my personal liking because it had more interaction between the main characters, Yulia and Lucas. The first book left me wanting more, this one kept me on the edge of my seat! I hate to give away spoilers for those who haven’t read the book, but I will say this book ends in a cliff hanger. Personally, I can’t wait for the third book to be released! The characters are really starting to be developed and show more emotion that I would expect in their situation. Lucas has been on the fence from the beginning with his emotions for Yulia. She causes many of his friends to die, albeit a bit indirectly. She didn’t shoot them down, but she did provide the intel that lead to the disaster. In “Bind Me,” I felt Yulia’s reaction was true to her surroundings. She is developing feelings for Lucas, but she didn’t let those feelings cloud her judgement. She understands clearly in this book she is being held against her will and acts to escape! The suspense was great and again, I look forward to the conclusion of Lucas and Yulia’s story. Thanks Anna for another amazing read!

I positively MELTED at his fiercely tender devotion and savage possessiveness toward the stunning object of his obsessive desires and fell hopelessly in love right along with the protagonists!And Omggggg that cliffy ending gave me HEART PALPITATIONS! After all the adrenaline-pumping buildup, the third and final installment, Claim Me, is guaranteed to be a game changer. I can't flipping wait for this thrilling trilogy to reach a shattering crescendo! Kudos, Anna Zaires for another bloody brilliant tale!!!!

This continues immediately after Capture Me for roughly two weeks until the Chicago trip, so we are still in the Twist Me series timeline with no new developments. If you've read Twist Me, you'll know there is still quite aways to go before we get to new material. The title of Bind Me is perfect because most of the book goes like this: wake up, sex, bathroom break, breakfast, tie Yulia up with TV/book, go to work, untie Yulia, bathroom break, lunch, sex, tie Yulia up, go back to work, untie, bathroom break, make dinner together, sex, handcuff to bed, and more sex. She refuses to talk and he won't back down. Not a lot happens, but it is super fast reading and the sex scenes are very well written. She's holding onto a major secret and its all going to get revealed in the final book, which is much bigger so maybe we'll get some brand new material not already revealed in the Twist Me series!

Short SummaryBind Me is the second installment in the Capture Me series. The book picks up where events in book one end. Yulia is finally Lucas's captive, his property. Lucas continues to fall deeper into obsession with Yulia. After he learns more about her past, Lucas can't being himself to hurt her, but he must find a way to uncover the information he needs. Will he be able to think past his lustful haze and get her to talk?What Did I Think?Let's get right down to things, shall we? There isn't much action in the book. Most of the book consists of the two getting hot and heavy. Their connection is strong and smoking hot, but that's the extent of it for me. I dislike the misunderstanding theme used to create drama for couples and guess what? Yep. We got a big 'ol misunderstanding in this one. In addition to that, the book is extremely predictable.I won't let it affect my rating, but it must be said, this series is heavy on the 'let's split one normal length book into 3' annoyance. This read was seriously short and never needed to be on its own. But I digress, overall, this ranks as only okay for me. I like Anna Zaires. I love her initial twist me series as well as her krinar series, but this one just isn't hitting the mark for me. Perhaps she will blow me away with the series conclusion. I have loved all the books in this series they are exciting sexy Alfa male's. Book 2 in this series did not let the first book down it was everything i hoped it would be but when i came to the end of this book i was ready to pull my hair out with Yulia why would you want to live gorgeous Lucas . If you have overlooked this series then go back and have a look.

OMG this was so exciting and I read it in a few hours.I can't wait till the next one!I've read the awesome Twist Me trilogy many many times but I have to say I prefer Lucas's character. Although just as dark and just as dangerous, he is more of a sweetie than his sadistic boss.Now go and one click everything by Anna right now or you are really missing out!

Kept me turning the pages very good reading and interesting storyline.

Fantastic read great storey line ad well as raunchy, must read all of series

Bind me starts where Capture me finishes with the continuing complex relationship between Yulia and Lucas. Anna describes the feelings so beautifully as both characters try and understand there feelings for one another. Anna gives us a bit more insight into their early years and the story just flows beautifully. I can't wait for part 3 .
