very good quality but still the price is very high for just 5 small bowls

The box looked like it had been opened before. For good reason it looks like… The food tray doesn’t rotate the whole way , it gets stuck half way. Tech is pretty basic , the display and set up is simple but ineffective and definitely wasn’t worth waiting over a week to get it. Additionally - the item is non returnable. Maybe I just got a bad piece, which happens sometimes, I get that, but I needed this to work for my lil one. Oh well, Hopefully will get a refund for it though. Disappointing purchase

I bought Cat Mate for my small but smart dog. She learned to use her paws to mobe the dials of the first feeder I bought. She also learned to flip it open with her nose and to carry it around. Cat Mate does not have dials she can paw or lids she can flip open. Cat Mates’s food tray revolves under a cover which is securely latched on plus you can screw the base to a piece of wood to discourage take outs. Cat Mate is an excellent tanper proof feeder. Any chance of a name change to Cat & Dog Mate??

This product I use for wet food. I needed the removable individual feeding slots because 2 I freeze and 2 get refrigerated before I set up my cats 24 hour feeding schedule. I also love the fact that it is steel and not plastic. I also love the company listening to customer suggestions and implementing it.However the feeder was $60, 2 sets of metal trays (1 for feeding, 1 for freezing/refrigerating) is $80, and spare ice packs are $20 a set.In the long run it is worth the investment because my cat wants to take small nibbles all day which I couldn’t keep up with and wakes me up in the middle of the night to eat. However the cost of metal trays is disappointing.

Etwas teuer, aber unglaublich praktisch. Viel einfacher zu reinigen und Edelstahl ist ja sowieso hygienischer als Plastik.Von mir gibt es eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Unbedingt mitbestellen, wenn man sich den Futterautomaten besorgt!
