Late in life diagnosed neurodivergent adult here, and never had I ever tried noise cancelling headphones. I do use Loop earplugs to block sound sometimes, so I thought why not try noise cancelling headphones? Our house is on a budget so I couldn't spend too much, but I also didn't want to end up wasting money on a cheap pair of headphones that I wouldn't end up liking or using. I finally ended up settling on these. Unfortunately the first pair of headphones I received didn't work right. BUT I easily started the return/replacement process, and I received the replacement before I even returned the first pair. It was nice to be able to make sure the first pair was faulty and that it wasn't the headphones in general that felt... wrong on my ears. Fortunately the second pair was *chefs kiss* SO much better and I have basically been living in them since. (which also speaks to the battery life because I have had these for about two weeks and have only had to charge them once) They have fairly decent passive noise cancelling, active noise cancelling is really neat (you can connect to the soundcore app so you can adjust that, plus there's an equalizer in the app to adjust sound too), and the transparency mode is my absolute favourite. Just quickly touching the right ear for a second switches it to transparency mode so you can tune into your surroundings without stopping your audio or taking the headphones off--and I absolutely love that, as a parent and someone who is just on high alert a lot. The microphone works well for phone calls, I've been told that the sound is clear. I like that you can connect to two devices, at the same time, so I can use my Nintendo Switch and just switch over to my phone if I get a call. Pairing them was fairly straightforward. Oh, and they come with a case so you can travel with them too, and I'm sure I'm forgetting about other things I like about these. Honestly my only "complaint" is that I have a small head and the smallest size setting still concerns me that they might fly off my head if I turn too quickly--because they definitely make threats to fly off my head when I "headbang" even a little to my music. TLDR? I'm no expert but these are absolutely quality for the price point. Just be wary not to shake them off if you have a small head.

So surprised of their quality! I just needed a second pair, but these have been great! Good connectivity, nice weight, good appearance. They fit great and very adjustable. Here’s the big deal. Fantastic sound quality! I mean, I have paid four times as much. Would recommend. I work out with these and they do great.

I have had these headphones since July of 2022. About 6 months ago they developed a stress fracture on the sliding mechanism above the right ear up. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had any issues with any of padding lifting or coming off the headphones. The connectivity is overall solid - I can walk pretty far away from my device and still have audio. However, about 2 years into owning them, about 3-5 times a week, the sound becomes garbled (like someone talking into an oscillating fan). Turning the headphones off and then back on again fixes the issue, but it is bit annoying. They are VERY comfortable and I can wear them for 12+ hours with no issues or contact fatigue. The biggest selling point for me. The sound is pretty good, and meet my needs. I’ve had no complaints from anyone regarding the sound of the microphone on their end. They are by far my favorite sounding headphones, but I’m not an audiophile, so I’ll leave those opinions to others. The battery life is excellent and I can get through about 10 business days without charging them. The case that they come with is great and I use it any time I take them out of the house. Overall, for a refurbished pair, these are an excellent choice with great long-lasting comfort. My only reservation is the durability given that I take excellent care of them. I would (and do so regularly ) recommend these to others, particularly at the sixty-ish dollar price point. They are an excellent value, despite the issues above.

Edit 2: I’ve now had these headphones over 2 years, and the sound quality is just as nice! I am looking at getting another set from this brand though because the ear muff and head support pieces are starting to flake and tear from the daily use (pictures included). You can see where I tried to sew the ear muffler back together before it ripped again. Original review: I really really like these headphones for their price!! The buttons on the earpieces are cohesive enough to remember which has which functionality AND listening to music is very clear! I tried out the noise canceling feature and I much prefer it to the normal mode because it muffles a lot of the static-y noise. Overall, good headphones!! Edit 1: I’ve had these headphones for a while now and have been able to use it to its fullest. The battery life is phenomenal!! I’m still in school and am sensitive to loud and busy public settings and these headphones have saved me so much headache that I didn’t even know was being caused by all the noise. Things are noticeably quieter, though not completely silent which is really helpful when I still need to pay attention to my surroundings, but just can’t handle the intensity of the noise. I don’t leave the house without these headphones! Almost forgot to mention but the sound quality is really nice also! Paired with the noise cancelling feature, it’s a lot easier to become immersed in music or videos (which is what I normally use them for). So yeah saying again, overall these are really really good headphones and I am so glad I got them.

I got these because I saw that my father had gifted these to my little sister and I actually stole them for a bit before buying them because at first, I didn't want to spend the original $84 I saw them for under Anker's store... that was until I found these renewed for $71... and in pink because I'm a pink fanatic and have to have anything and everything in pink hahaha. The sound quality on these is fantastic. Not only that but they are extremely comfortable and feel very nice and very high quality. The battery on these also lasts for a VERY long time. I can use these for 8 hours in a day and still have charge for when I'm on my way to work for 2 more days! I rarely have to charge them. The noise cancelation is great on these, but doesn't work very well with things like ASMR and podcasts, which knocks off a star on the noise cancelation scale but can probably be easily fixed with the app, which, YOU SHOULD GET IT. It makes your music listening experience so much more personalized and awesome! I don't want to go back to Anker's auto sound setting because of it. Also, there are 3 different noise cancelation settings in the app too, which is cool. I didn't know that until I downloaded the app. I was also pleasantly surprised that I got pretty much brand new, especially when I read that these might come with no packaging. The only thing that was really opened was the headphones box, which only had a small tear in it. All in all, get these!!! You won't be disappointed! They are worth every pretty penny I spent on them!

Given the price, the quality far exceeded my expectations. I already owned a pair and loved them, so I got these for my girlfriend a few months back. They look amazing on her and have held up great!

The EQ is great. Headphones sounded extremely bass heavy out of the box. The EQ allowed me to tune in the sound I wanted. With EQ, the sound is fantastic! I can save multiple custom EQ settings, for different types of music etc. This is a great feature. It seems the great EQ is disabled when the headphones are wired. This is a BIG deal for me. The headphones are a huge disappointment for me without the custom EQ. The headphones feel a bit fragile. It could be because I value my dollar and have read where the Q30 headphones plastic will break. So, I could keep the headphones and use only with Bluetooth and EQ, and be very careful with them. I have to determine if they are worth the price. My Monoprice $29 wireless, ANC headphones have worked flawless for 5 years (with a lot of physical abuse). Maybe I should find a great EQ that works with my music service. After listening a few days, with the Q30 EQ, I love the way these headphones sound! They sound GREAT!!! (But only with the built in EQ and bluetooth.)

Got these a few weeks ago and I love them. Plenty of pluses. They connect really quickly and they’re very comfortable to wear and actually properly fit around my ears. I typically get some ear soreness with headphones but with the cushioning on these, I forget I’m even wearing them. They look great and don’t leave too much space around your head. The button controls are intuitive, and using the Soundcore app with suggested custom eq setup has given me the best listening experience I’ve had with headphones. The ability to save profiles is very useful as an iPhone user. Usually I don’t use Bluetooth with my iPhone because I find that the jump between volumes is a bit too much so I get stuck on a volume that’s either a bit too loud or a bit too quiet. I was able to get to a comfortable volume by just bringing everything down on my eq and saving it as a mobile profile. The headphones block out sound very well even without the noise cancellation on. With anc on they do a pretty good job in most settings. At first I thought the transparency mode was just a gimmick but I’ve actually used it a lot. It’s great for when I’m at home and need to be able to hear someone calling me.

I've used these for about 3 years now. I wasn't sure about buying a refurbished item, but I've been pleased with these headphones. They're comfortable in the sound quality is decent to my ear, though I'm not an audiophile. One of the ear pads has started to split after several years, so I wish these ear pads were replaceable but at this price point that's not typical. So overall I've been pleased with the purchase and I even bought a pair for my brother and he enjoys using them as well.

Generally, I am satisfied... BUT my headphones sometimes just switch off. I've been observing this for a few weeks now, and it started right at the beginning. It's not a matter of charging, and it happens when they are just in noise-cancelling. I'm hoping the seller can shed some light on this, if not I'll have to send them back — unfortunately, as I don't like to send things back and produce more garbage.
