Where can I purchase a hanger for my Woodlink feeder?

Can it be mounted on a 4" by 4" (existing) pole?

My two month old bird feeder is staying stuck in closed position. What do you think the fix for that would be?

Where are replacement parts available? The squirrels in Wisconsin are quite resourceful and broke the thin plastic window. need replacement.
