UNI-TUT89XD Digital multimeter True RMS ac dc Voltmeter Ammeter Capacitance Frequency Resistance Tester with LED Tester

Had to replace my old meter not a fluk meterjust a generic one that it couldn’t go lower then .150 ma but this one does it’s really good for the price but of course nothing is better then a fluk have a couple of them ,needed this one because of the low ma and the price for sure but this one is going to get beaten up and shared that’s all.

Una pena, tenía buenas referencias de la marca, pero por alguna razón mi unidad venía con unas baterías de pésima calidad instaladas y estas derramaron liquido dentro de la unidad dejándola inservible.

Uni T got the display right.nice big digits and good backlight. Auto backlight feature is a winner. Stays on as long as you need it. My other uni t meters are a pain to get the back light on. They are not as bright and stayed on for only a few seconds. Great for failing eyes.Nice loud buzzer. Great in noisy environments. Older units were weak in this area.Nice feel. Solid and easy to hold.I gave up the auto range range feature to get all the parameters I needed and come in below $50.inc shipping .NCV, led tester and flashlight are nice features. Does not come with a case so get one. I have order one and will add the link if it fits.Well used in the last 3 months so far no issues

This thing is pretty slick looking. Double injection molding, precision case really looks quite nice. Display is pretty huge too, easy to read. It has REL/Delta mode on several ranges!!! That's really awesome. It has full size large leads, very nice overall the build quality is top notch. Accuracy is the usual 0.5% club but this meter is pretty consistent and reliable. Very capable on the electronics bench for hobbyist or semi-pro use. It has a pretty great back voltage for testing LED's of around 12V. Easily measures the reverse voltage and lights up all LEDs red, yellow, green, white, blue. Continuity buzzer is loud and the feature performs great. Overall fast responses on all ranges, fast continuity. Diode mode beeps. Nice backlight. For what this meter costs if you don't mind manual ranting meters this is a pretty great buy. I'm not really a UNI-T fanboy or anything, but I have to say all of their meters are built exceptionally well inside and out no worse than Brymen meters that's for sure.

Great value for how high quality the build on the meter is. I am a hobbyist and this is perfect for projects with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ect. Definitely a huge jump up in quality from cheaper meters I have used before and would definitely recommend this meter or others from the same brand.It feels heavy and well-built in hand and it iss also very easy to get to the fuse in case you need to replace it which is a huge plus.
