This is a great product. Works as advertised.
The mobile app doesn’t work. In order to setup I needed to connect with my PC. BUT the range is great. The signal is reliable. I have signal up the street from my house.

Constantly rebooted at random intervals and tech support seems to have ghosted me.
From the description, I really wanted to like this router (SXK30B3). It seemed like it was going to be the perfect set of feature for my use case. Allowing for 4 separate wifi configurations, I was sure it was going to handle my modest number of personal computing devices plus my home automation wifi devices. Plus with the 2 satellites, wifi coverage wouldn't be a problem. However... even after updating to the latest firmware the router would constantly reboot at random intervals in the 1 to 3 hour range. I was still hopeful as for the first 24 hours, tech support was very responsive. I had a live chat as well as a phone call trying to help me diagnose and correct the issue. But, then tech support disappeared. No responses whatsoever for the last 2+ days even though I have updated the ticket multiple times with the random reboots and further troubleshooting steps I had taken. During my troubleshooting, I also noticed that it seemed only my main SSID was present at the satellites. The additional SSIDs I had set up to handle my home automation devices did not seem to be present at the satellites when viewing their admin page. This was also confirmed when I looked at the list of connected devices and saw that everything that connected to my second SSID was connected directly to the router. Even though the satellite was much closer. What's the use of a satellite if almost nothing actually connects to it? The feature set was very promising, but the implementation and the lack of tech support makes this router completely unusable.

After some setting difficulties -- works great
I bought the NETGEAR Orbi Pro WiFi 6 Mini Mesh System (SXK30B3) with 2 satellites. The setup instruction included in the package are not great. The Netgear online video has a sequence of "if this didn't work for you, then try that" and it goes on and on with a dozen or so methods. What worked for me was to connect my laptop with Ethernet cable to the router, connecting to the hardwired IP 10.0.0.1 (which initially just went to the Netgear web site.... but after a few attempts it connected to the router). Once you are in, the setup options are simple and very intuitive. It is just that getting in was hard (I tried first from my smartphone, and then from my laptop via Wi-Fi -- all of which failed. I also downloaded the App and that didn't work. After being able to do the setup with Ethernet cable, I uninstalled the App -- it is not needed. And it gives Netgear a simpler way to monitor what I'm doing on the system. I do run VPN on my smartphone and my laptop.... so hopefully Netgear can not see my bit-flow traffic. Bottom line, once it was set up with the satellites -- my speed is much better than with my old router. The orbi has its own network and SSID for the entire house. You can rename the default SSID and create your PSWD. You can also set up a guest WiFi entry point. Oh, and the instructions tell you to disable the WiFi on your old router. That isn't possible on the FiOS router that I use. So my old SSID is still active but unused. I had to change the SSID on all the devices at home to the one I created on orbi.

Good fit for small business open to the public
I bought this system to provide wifi for our small church. We have roughly 5000 sq. ft. of space, so I purchased the 2 satellite version, but one may have been enough. I was getting pretty good coverage before plugging in the second unit. Setup is not complicated, but it is helpful to read the instructions to understand how the system is designed. The units all look the same. The router is identifiable only by the stickers on it. Each unit has its own set of LAN ports. By default, it comes with profiles for each of the 4 SSIDs that indicate how each might be used: Administration, employee devices, Internet of Things (IOT), and guest. The guest setup assumes you will want to obtain and agreement for terms of use before proceeding. The network shows as unsecured. The password you set it taken as part of the agreement process. There does not seem to be a way to change this behavior, but it may be that I missed it. The Virtual LAN (VLAN) profiles can be changed for each SSID, and that determines the level of access each client has and whether it can see other clients on the network. Since I did not want to use the agreement process at this time and we don't really need a separate employee network, I applied the guest profile to the employee SSID to create the standard wifi password connection I was looking for. The routers interface is easy enough to use, but one should be aware that when configuring the wifi profiles changes must be applied before leaving the tab for that network, and the process of saving the changes seems to take much longer than it should, apparently due to the way that the router shares it's configuration with the satellites. The router does have features for virtual DNS and remote management if desired, as well as facility for creating a DMZ for Internet facing servers. We have not yet put any real stress on the network, but throughput seems to be good. I may need to update this after we've had more time with it, but so far it seems like a solid system. I will be considering a Netgear product the next time I need a new router for my home.
