This is a high-quality b-complex that offers a stronger dosage than the one I've been taking. It really helps me with mood and energy (thanks, menopause!). Good blend of B - especially B6 which is what is most important to me at this time in my life.

It's hard to find a balance B complex - meaning all (but one) B is at the same exact dose. I was told years ago that B needs to be taken with all being at the same dose with the exception of Folate. And it's been a challenge to find a B complex that follows that theory.Looks, smells, tastes and colors your urine just like a good B complex should.
