Great quality good size nice balance strong grip and came pre sharp

The knife is solid, I use it in the kitchen ( not outdoors ). It is very similar to the Matsato knife ( a bit heaver ), the sheath is a bit lighter than the Matsato sheath but it's quality knife.

This knives is very sharp and stays sharp longer than most

So I had high hopes. But, this is no where near as sharp as advertised. Doesn't chop with ease. Does not cut through meat easily. Now, it does cut, but just not as well as advertised.Rust. Yes, it is going to rust. Wash and then dry immediately and you will be ok. The one rust spot I removed when I ran it my knife sharpener, again. Sheath is cheap material.

Both sides of the point are sharp. Careful when you resheath this knife. Excellent working knife for the kitchen, well balanced, not too heavy.

I purchased this for when I'm out grilling. It came very sharp out of the box. The sheath is a bit on the cheaper side but fits the blade nicely. I made the mistake of running it through the dishwasher and the wooden grip came loose. Handwashing is the better way for this knife. The grip is very ergonomic and comfortable. I would definitely recommend!
