I think Mitt Romney used much larger binders.

Q: What are the clear cover and spine insert dimensions?

11.5 " x 11" on front. 11.5 " x 2.5 " on spine. However there is a rivet about .75 inches from either end. This rivet makes it essentially impossible to slide something down the spine unless it is only about 1" wide since the rivet goes through the plastic cover. However, these binders are a good value for the price for light duty use.

Q: How many pages does one hold?

I really don't know. I never counted them. I do know that they'll easily hold 150 standard sheet protectors that are empty. That should mean 100 with paper easily. That should translate to 200 notebook paper. Hope that helps.
